Each company certified according to ISO/TS 16949:2009 must undertake the audit according to IATF 16949:2016 norms no later than 14 September 2018. IATF 16949 is a new set of norms released by the International Automotive Task Force, or IATF. It includes a definition of the quality management system in the automobile industry along with with the requirements for the organizations that conduct series production and the production of various parts for automobiles. The IATF norms represent an amendment to the ISO 9001:2015 norms, which are norms for quality management systems and their requirements. The international organization Lloyd´s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), with whom we have been cooperating on certification processes since 2009, carried out the audit. They operate in more than 120 countries and are recognized under more than 50 accreditation schemes.
