The ultimate goal of our operation (i.e. the corporate activities of the Nippon Kayaku Group) is to adhere to the KAYAKU spirit. In our corporate activities, we exercise CSR Management at all times in order to attain the standards set out in the KAYAKU spirit.
CSR management satisfies each and every one of our stake- holders, from shareholders and partners to employees and the local community, thus enabling us to further build a good and strong company.
The Nippon Kayaku Group Charter of Conduct and Code of Conduct articulate the foundations for exercising the KAYAKU spirit and set behavioral guidelines for all Nippon Kayaku Group employees.
