Kayaku Safety Systems Europe a.s. was established in 1997 under the name INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS a.s. (ISS). In 1999, a Japanese investor, Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd. (NK), joined the company and it has been constantly growing and developing ever since. Today, it is one of the ten most important employers in the region.
Since the beginning, the company has been concerned with environmental protection, safety, employee health care, prioritizing ethical principles in all company activities and the support of nonprofit organizations in Vsetin and local communities. Based on all the experience gained and according to the NK Group´s company vision of “continuously providing society with the best products through ceasless progress and the combined forces of our conscience“, a new concept was implemented in 2012 altering the system of company sponsorship and ISS corporate social responsibility.
Support is almost exclusively focused in communities where ISS production plants are located, namely Vsetin and Jablunka and it is divided into several areas of support:

We introduce Japanese culture in the Czech Republic.
