In an effort to create the best possible working conditions for our employees and based on our long-term cooperation with Všeobecná zdravotní pojišťovna a.s.* (hereinafter VZP), this year, we once again participated in the VZP Healthy Company project.
The purpose of this program is to support preventative measures aimed at VZP policyholders and ISS employees that lead to improved health by issuing packages with oral hygiene and disease prevention products.
VZP provided ISS with financial support in the amount of 216 400 CZK to ensure the successful implementation of this project, i.e. to cover the expenses incurred in the prevention activities for employees. These funds were used so that every VZP policyholder employed at ISS could draw benefits in the same amount.
From the total of 752* INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS a.s. employees (*as of 25 November 2015), 72% joined the project, which makes 571 VZP policyholders.
We believe that the packages will contribute to the trend of longer life expectancies and help to keep our employees in good health.
