An historic first Global Administration Meeting took place on the 29th of August in Tokyo in the presence of human resource managers from all the branches of the parent company, Nippon Kayaku. The participants shared information with their colleagues and peers from the branches in Japan, China, Mexico and Malaysia on topics from personnel areas such as labor law, remuneration systems and the evaluation of the working conditions specific to the particular country, among others.
The goal of the meeting was not only to exchange information and experience, but also to determine mutual future themes in international cooperation.
