On 1st June 2014 Indet Safety Systems, a joint-stock company, closed their business office in Lauf, Germany. This office was an important place for meetings and negotiations with customers. The premises have been taken over by Euro Nippon Kayaku GmbH, which is also part of the Nippon Kayaku Group.
