Indet Safety Systems a.s. (ISS) was launched in January 1999 as a joint venture by Nippon Kayaku, Nichimen Corporation (now Sojitz Corporation), and ZV Indet. It celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2014 and the ceremony was held on February 20, 2014 in Vsetín. The attending representatives from Nippon Kayaku were Managing Director Kawafuji, Marketing Division General Manager Wakumoto, Planning & Coordination Div. General Manager Ishida, Public Relations & Investor Relations Div. General Manager Funabashi, and Mr. Hayami, who was the first CEO of ISS. The 25 employees who joined the company in January 1999 were also invited, and there was lively discussion recalling the past over photos from the company´s 15-year history.
