On 25 January 2014, ISS employees handed over a check in the amount of CZK 5,000.00. This amount was added to the proceeds from the concert, which was CZK15,516.00. The organizers presented the entire amount to Pepík F., who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy, on the day after the event.
The funds collected will go towards the purchase of a new wheelchair. The CZK 5,000.00 was the winning prize for Location 1 Jasenice employees, which had been drawn on 11 December 2013 for KAIZEN proposals for the group improvement movement.

The proceeds will be donated to Pepík F., who suffers from SMA - spinal muscular atrophy. Spinal muscular atrophy is a genetic disease of the nervous system that leads to loss of muscle mass due to the degeneration of motor cells. This is reflected in the disappearance or absence of reflexes, lack of muscle nourishment, reduction in muscle tension, spontaneous twitching of muscle fibres, and fibrillations. In addition, in the case of chronic disability, there is a temporary or permanent absence of certain nerve functions. In a layman’s terms: the inability to control one’s body movements.
