INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS a.s. (ISS) and Nippon Kayaku CZ, s.r.o. (NKCZ) merged on 1 January 2011 under the name, INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS a.s. The NKCZ name ceased to exist.
All NKCZ operations and organizational functions were integrated into the structure of ISS. All production programs currently in operation and projects under development at NKCZ continue without interruption under ISS.
The sole shareholder of both companies, Nippon Kayaku, Co., Ltd., strongly believes that the merger will enable more efficient management and operations as a unified company. ISS remains committed to satisfying the needs of its customers with products and solutions of first-rate quality and reliability.
